Vigilancia sanitaria de pastelerías y similares

In 1994 a Sanitary Vigilance Plan in PASTRY-MAKING establishments or similars was included as a part of the Sanitary Vigilance Programme in Alimentary Activities, developped by the Food Hygiene and Public Health Section of Sabadell's City Council Health Department. The plan's pourpouse was to made known the establishment hygienic conditions and their food microbiological quality and, also, to make better, if it's necessary, those hygienic conditions as a way to prevent alimentary toxiinfections.
