Diphasic carbon black and carbon black wet method masterbatch combined rubber composition and preparing method thereof

The invention discloses a rubber composition. The rubber composition is prepared from rubber, carbon black wet method masterbatch and diphasic carbon black powder and/or diphasic carbon black masterbatch. The diphasic carbon black masterbatch is prepared through wet method mixing or dry method mixing, and diphasic carbon black is carbon black-white carbon black diphasic filler. The rubber composition has the advantages that compared with carbon black vulcanized rubber, resilience of the diphasic carbon black masterbatch and carbon black combined vulcanized rubber is improved, and hysteresis loss is reduced; compared with diphasic carbon black vulcanized rubber, the elongation and tear resistance of the combined vulcanized rubber are improved.
