Биологическая активность нанокомпозита селена, инкапсулированного в макромолекулы каррагинана, по отношению к возбудителю кольцевой гнили и растениям картофеля in vitro

2019
Influence of a nanocomposite of selenium of the carrageenan (NC Se/Car) encapsulated in a matrix on the bacterium causing ring decay of Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. sepedonicus (Cms) and plants of in vitro potatoes. It is revealed that the NC Se/Car consists of the spherical nanoparticles of selenium, wide range of dimension forming clusters. NC has no bactericidal and anti-biofilm activity concerning Cms bacteria. However, the experiments made on plants showed the stimulating impact of NC Se/Car on biometric indicators and decrease in negative effect of infection of Cms potatoes. Insignificant accumulation of selenium in potatoes plants after its processing is established to NC Se/Car. The received results are allowed to consider NC Se/Car as the agent for stimulation of development of agricultural plants thanks to target low doze delivery of antimicrobic nanoselenic biocomposites to bacterial phytopathogens.
