Test Research & Application of Concrete with Resistance to Scouring And Abrasion in Jiangsheba Hydropower Station

Concrete with resistance to scouring and abrasion are wildly applied in the parts needed resistance to scouring and abrasion of some hydraulic structures like discharging tunnel,spillway surface,cushion pool and etc..Its quality is concerned with safe operation and service life of the hydraulic structures.This concrete mixed with steel sand or coal ash had been applied in some hydraulic structures of Jiangsheba Hydropower Station in Sichuan Province.The results of test research and application made know that the concrete mixed with addition HF had not only high mechanical strength and resistance to scouring and abrasion but also low cost.Its construction process is very simple too.It,therefore,is a kind of ideal concrete with resistance to scouring and abrasion.
