Technical Reconstruction Analysis of Huaian Second Wastewater Treatment Plant

The influent collecting system of Huaian Second Wastewater Treatment Plant adopts the combined rainwater and wastewater system,which causes that the organic concentration in the influent is lower than the design indexes.After the technical reconstruction,the problem of excessive dissolved oxygen in the biological aerated filter was solved,ensuring that the effluent quality reaches the first level B criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).The better effects of energy saving and consumption reduction are achieved.
