2009
The utility model relates to a heat pipe type radiator which comprises a plurality of heat pipes and a plurality of fins, wherein a plurality of ellipsoidal assembly holes penetrate through each fin, the cross section of each heat pipe is flatly inserted in the corresponding assembly holes of each fin, when high temperature fusion tin paste is filled on the heat pipes and the hole edges of the assembly holes of the fins, the cross section of each heat pipe is in an elliptical shape because of expansion of pipe diameters of the heat pipes, thereby reducing gaps among the heat pipes and the hole edges of the assembly holes of the fins, leading the tin paste to be even and thinly attached among the heat pipes and the fins, or leading the heat pipes and the fins to be directly mutually tightened and connected, and leading the combining portion to have excellent heat transfer effect.
