Os discursos envolvendo o Direito humano à Alimentação adequada e segurança alimentar e Nutricional na prática dos profissionais de saúde [The talks involving the Human Right to Food and Nutrition and Food and Nutrition Security in the practice of health]

O Direito Humano a Alimentacao Adequada - DHAA e a Seguranca Alimentar e Nutricional - SAN sao temas que permeiam muitos debates no Brasil, principalmente no âmbito das politicas publicas de alimentcao e nutricao. Ao trazerem em seus conceitos o acesso ininterrupto a alimentacao adequada a todos os seres humanos, necessitam para sua efetivacao uma abordagem interdisciplinar e intersetorial. O presente artigo trata-se de uma metasintese dos artigos que contemplam metodologias qualitativas envolvendo a alimentacao e nutricao, no âmbito da atencao basica a saude. Coube no presente estudo identificar os diferentes discursos sobre alimentacao e nutricao na otica do DHAA e SAN no que concerne a atuacao do nutricionista, e outros profissionais em saude coletiva e, se este tem ou nao interferido no planejamento e nas acoes de alimentacao e nutricao desenvolvidas na atencao basica de saude. Realizaram-se buscas de artigos em portais de periodicos. Inicialmente obteve-se 92 artigos que apos a leitura e aplicacao dos criterios de inclusao e exclusao, resultaram em 43 trabalhos. Apos leitura dos artigos originais 08 artigos foram selecionados. Foi realizada a sistematizacao das informacoes,seguida da caracterizacao das principais tematicas abordadas, o tipo de estudo, o marco-teorico e a reinterpretacao das analises de dados, originando 3 categorias e 8 subcategorias de analise. Evidenciou-se uma discussao limitada e fragmentada de DHAA e SAN presente na pratica dos profissionais de saude, em especial do nutricionista. Por tratar-se de um tema de carater intersetorial para sua efetivacao, percebe-se a necessidade desta discussao ultrapassar os campos de conhecimento especifico de cada profissao, iniciando com a formacao academica. Ainda assim, reitera-se a necessidade da definicao de indicadores de DHAA e SAN nos espacos de atuacao dos profissionais de saude para a partir destes fomentar a intersetorialidade e o controle social em alimentacao e nutricao. ABSTRACT - The Human Right to Food and Nutrition (HRFN) and the Food and Nutrition Security (FNS)   are subjects involved in many debates in Brazil, mainly in the scope of food and nutrition  public policies. On account of bringing into their concepts the uninterrupted access to the adequate food to all the human beings, it is necessary an interdisciplinary and inter-sectoral approach to its effectively. This paper is a meta synthesis of articles that contemplate qualitative methodologies involving food and nutrition in the scope of primary care in health. Identify the different talks about food and nutrition by the HRFN and FNS point of views  concerning  the nutritionists practices, and  others  public health professionals and if this has or has not interfered in the planning and  actions of food and nutrition developed in health primary care,  was contemplated in this study. Search of articles in database was done. Initially 92 articles were obtained and after the application of criteria of enclosure and exclusion, turned into 43. After reading the originals, 8 articles were selected. A systematization of the information was done followed by the categorization of the main themes mentioned, the kind of study, the milestone and the reinterpretation of data analyses, originating 3 categories and 8 subcategories of analysis. A limited and fragmented argument of HRFN and FNS present in the practical of health professional, specially nutritionists was showed up. By treat of a subject of inter-sectoral character for its effectiveness, the necessity of this argument goes beyond the fields of specific knowledge of each profession, initiating with the academic formation was perceived. Furthermore, reiterate the need of definition of HRFN and FNS indexes at the health professionals places of practices and from these promote the  inter-sectoral and the social control in food and nutrition.
