ObjectivesDespite advances in clinical management of pancreatic cancer (PC), there is still room for improvement in early detection, diagnosis, and treatment strategies. The role of microRNAs (miRNAs) in tumor biology might pinpoint an alteration in expression of miRNAs as new diagnostic/prognostic
