The application of an integrated intelligent licensing system for the public at the investment office and one-stop integrated service in Kampar Regency is an application that aims to provide online services regarding licensing. However, in the process of creating effective services for investment and one-stop integrated services in Kampar Regency using the Si Cantik application, there are still several factors that hinder efforts to realize effective services, namely inadequate human resources, facilities and infrastructure owned by the Investment Agency. The capital and one-stop integrated services in the Kampar Regency have not been fulfilled properly such as frequent interruptions that make services hampered, the next inhibiting factor is its ineffectiveness, namely the implementation of the SICANTIK program is still at the half-implemented or incomplete stage, Then public trust or trust using online services is still lacking This study has a purpose, namely to determine the effectiveness of services using the SICANTIK application by DPMPTSP Kampar Regency. This research is descriptive using qualitative methods, selected informants using purposive sampling method. The results of the research that the authors get are that the implementation of services using the SICANTIK application is carried out well but has explored the results obtained in the field that have not been effective
