A terminal coal slurry dehydration and fine-grinding combined slurry production device of a long-distance pipeline includes a medium-concentration coal slurry tank, a settling and filtering centrifuge, a scraper conveyor, a mixing and stirring pot, a concentrating machine, a fine grinding machine, a sewage treatment plant, a coal slurry diaphragm pump and a high-concentration coal slurry tank. In the medium-concentration coal slurry tank, the coal slurry transported through the long-distance pipeline is hydrated through the settling and filtering centrifuge to obtain a product which is then conveyed into the mixing and stirring pot through the scraper conveyor. A filtrate is fed into a settling centrifugal liquid barrel and then is fed to the concentrating machine for concentration. A bottom flow in the concentrating machine is fed into the fine grinding machine for being further finely ground and then is fed into the mixing and stirring pot. An over flow is transported to the sewage treatment plant through a pipeline. The dehydrated product and the bottom flow in the concentrating machine are mixed and stirred through the mixing and stirring pot to obtain a chemical coal slurry finish product which is then transported into the high-concentration coal slurry tank through the coal slurry diaphragm pump and is directly supplied to coal chemical industry users. The device is simple in structure, is convenient to install and use, is good in pulp production effect and low in energy consumption, and is widely applied in long-distance pipeline coal transportation industry.
