1990–1992 metų teismų reforma Lietuvoje

Straipsnyje apžvelgiamas 1990 metais priimto Lietuvos TSR teismų santvarkos ir teisėjų statuso įstatymo ir 1992 metais priimto Lietuvos Respublikos teismų įstatymo svarstymo, priėmimo procesas, istoriniu požiūriu analizuojant tuo metu įtvirtintas skirtingas teismų grandžių sistemas, veikusias Lietuvoje. The process of passing the 1990 Law on the Judicial Arrangement and Judges’ Status and the 1992 Law on Courts is discussed in the paper. The main issue discussed is the change of the court braches system of the Republic of Lithuania in the light of historical aspect.
