An axis trunk hypotonia in infants and kinezitherapy

2010
Cerebral impairments in prenatal, perinatal and postnatal period are important factor for neurodevelopmental disability in infants. Cerebral impairment could be of mild or moderate severity or shown in the most severe variant, cerebral palsy. In clinical findings the most prominent symptoms are movement disorders or motor dysfunctions. In clinical picture we found spasticity, athetosis, rigidity, ataxia, tremor and combined signs. Neurodevelopmental disability in children , which is characterized with axial hypotonia kinesitherapy, is of important value. The use of different stimulation techniques could allow successful improvement of neuromuscular functions in valuable number of cases.
