Cultural integration is the most tough and important step in firms merger and acquisition. To realise successful MA,the enterprise should conducts integration for two different kinds of enterprise culture. The effective cultural integration can promote the reform and improvement of the management of enterprise in every aspects , it will cause the two sides of merger and acquisition form a real organic whole.
