Summary A case of iatrogenic injury by IAD (Implanted Automatic Defibrillators) located at the subcutaneous level. The generator pressure against the skin surface can cause tissue necrosis and lead to the extrusion of the device with the associated risks. It will be important to conduct a proper assessment after implantation of the stimulator and the proper management of the injury.
