Solvent free accelerated synthesis of 2-hydrazinobenzothiazole derivatives using microwave

The expeditious solvent free synthesis of 2-hydrazinobenzothiazole derivatives has been described. This involved the microwave exposure of reactants either in presence of catalyst or in absence of catalyst under solvent free conditions using easily available technique. The structures of the synthesized compounds were established on the basis of IR, PMR and elemental analysis.
