POSS-based amino-modified polypropylene carbonate and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses POSS-based non-isocyanate polyurethane-modified polypropylene carbonate, prepared from 1wt%-20wt% of POSS-based non-isocyanate polyurethane and the balance of polypropylene carbonate. The POSS-based non-isocyanate polyurethane has a structure shown in a formula (I) or a formula (II); under the action of catalysts, cycloaddition reaction is performed on the POSS-based non-isocyanate polyurethane by using POSS epoxy and CO2 so as to synthesize POSS cyclic carbonate, and then ring-opening reaction is performed on the POSS cyclic carbonate and a single amino compound so as to prepare the POSS-based non-isocyanate polyurethane-modified polypropylene carbonate. POSS has both flexibility of organic silicon materials and strength of inorganic silicon materials, thereby being capable of improving the flexibility and strength of the polypropylene carbonate. With a large number of urethane bonds and hydroxyl, the POSS-based non-isocyanate polyurethane can serve as a proton donor so as to form high-density hydrogen bonds together with carbonate units in a polypropylene carbonate chain structure, thereby improving the compatibility of the POSS-based non-isocyanate polyurethane and the polypropylene carbonate.
