[Treatment strategy for HIV/AIDS including guidelines].

Also an increase in the incidence of chronic kidney diseases(CKD) and non-AIDS indicated malignancies has been reported. When to start and what to start of HAART is important to improve and preserve immune function. A potential secondary benefit is protecting the complications after long-term therapy.
