The invention relates to a V-component containing all-component polarized remotely-sensed imaging measurement system and a V-component containing all-component polarized remotely-sensed imaging measurement method, and the system is characterized by comprising a positioning/timing system, an all-component imaging system and a V-component containing all-component polarized image processing system, wherein the positioning/timing system is used for providing space position and time information, and the all-component imaging system can measure four components of Stokes; the imaging system is a camera which can carry out all-component imaging, the positioning/timing system is connected to the inside of a shell of the camera or connected with the camera by a data line, and the image processing system provides the position and attitude of the camera; and a radiometric correction module and a geometric correction module are arranged in the image processing system so as to carry out radiometric correction and geometric correction on images formed by four components of a same surface feature, particularly on images formed by the V component. By using the system and method disclosed by the invention, the measurement on V-component containing all-component polarized remotely-sensed images is realized, and therefore, the system and method disclosed by the invention have a great application value in the aspects of studying subsurface explorations such as surface-feature mineral resource exploration.
