Studies on polymer surfactant interactions and the effects of electrolyte and temperature

In the present paper, the interaction behaviour of anionic (Sodium dodecyl benzene sulphonate - NaDBS) and cationic (Dodecyl ammonium chloride - DAC) surfactants in polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) has been studied by conductivity measurements with the purpose to determine the transition points. The influence of electrolyte on the transition points has also been studied.
