Cable connecting device for a shielded cable, wherein the cable comprises a plurality of lines which are shielded by a metallic sheath (5), with a corrugated tube (6) which surrounds the cable in the region of a connecting end of the lead wire, a cable connector housing (4), which surrounds the corrugated tube (6) at the connecting end of the lead wire, a metal, integrally molded grounding sleeve (3), which in the cable connector housing (4) is accommodated and contacts the metallic shell (5), wherein the ground sleeve (3) is inserted between the sheath and the leads of the lead wire and a rim (13) , and having a flexible sleeve (2), which is held in the cable connector housing (4) and the ground sleeve (3) presses with the collar (13) against the cable connector housing (4) and the cable connector housing (4) seals.
