Application of inversion voltammetry to microimpurity content control in synthetic sapphire

Modern methods of impurity control in synthetic sapphire were analyzed. An inversion voltametry method was suggested and an analysis algorithm was developed based on the example of zinc and copper. Special attention was paid to an extremely important stage, i.e., sample preparation. Experimental data on choosing electrochemical parameters of the analysis are presented.
