Highly branched reagents for Modifaktion of biopharmaceuticals, their preparation and application

The present invention relates to compounds which are suitable for coupling to pharmaceuticals, particularly biopharmaceuticals, as well as the conjugates from the compounds with biomolecules or active pharmaceutical ingredients. The compounds of the invention are highly branched and can be easily formed by use of a central branch block. Another object of the invention is the use of the conjugates as improved formulation of pharmaceuticals as well as their preparation.
