On the Advantages and Disadvantages as Well as Countermeasures Research of Teaching Evaluation in Universities

Student Evaluation of Teaching Quality,as an important mean to evaluate the effectiveness and quality of teaching is widely applied to the management of universities.Based on the advantages and disadvantages analysis of teaching evaluation,this paper proposes various countermeasures to improve teaching evaluation development.
