The author represents her own position concerning the content and social purpose of reproductive behavior culture, proposes the complex of criteria statistic, axiological-normative, consumptive for defining its condition at the level of society, she gives the hypothetic evaluation of the condition of reproductive behavior culture in the Russian society.
