The stroke holes are matched with the stroke guide rods. A plurality of punch needles are fixedly arranged on the upper mould seats. Punch needle holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the positions of the punch needles on the upper mould seats, of the upper mould plate and the lower mould plate. The punch needle holes are matched with the punch needles. Replacing elastic blocks are fixedly arranged between the upper mould seats and the upper mould plate.
