The invention discloses a manufacturing method of an orthohexagonal lithium ion battery cell, comprising the following steps of: A, ball-milling and uniformly mixing an anode active substance, a conductive agent, an anode additive and the like; adding a polytetrafluoroethylene adhesion agent, a solvent, a thickening agent and distilled water; ball-milling and uniformly mixing under a vacuum condition to prepare anode active substance slurry; drying to prepare an anode polar piece; B, uniformly mixing a cathode active substance and a cathode conductive agent to prepare a cathode active mixture; adding a butadiene styrene rubber adhesion agent, a solvent and the distilled water and the like; ball-milling and uniformly mixing under the vacuum condition to prepare cathode active substance slurry; coating the cathode active substance slurry on an anode current collector to prepare a cathode polar piece; and C, winding the manufactured anode polar piece, the cathode polar piece and the membrane by using an orthohexagonal column-shaped winding needle; and sticking a membrane by using an orthohexagonal column-shaped membrane pressing machine to form an orthohexagonal column. A battery pack has good mechanical stability, the service life of a battery and the battery pack is greatly improved, and the use range and the combination quantity are greatly improved.
