Branched power continuously variable transmission device

There is described a power-split variable transmission device (1). In the range of a variator (8) a translation (Ivar) is infinitely variable. A first power path (5) and a second power path (6) are structurally adapted to one another that a sum of the ratio between the continuously variable translation (Ivar) of the first power path (5) and a constant ratio (ik) of the second power path ( 6) and of the reciprocal of a recirculation translation (i1var) in the region between the transmission input shaft (2) and the first power path (5) equal to one set and a total transmission ratio (ig) of the transmission device (1) equal to zero can be displayed.
