Research Progress of Genic Engineering Vaccine to Infectiouse Bursal Disease Vaccine

The main reasons that result in the radical change of infectious bursal disease (IBD) vaccine these years were reviewed. They were the appearing of very virulent of infectious bursal disease virus (vvIBDV),the great advancement in the molecular biology research of infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) and in the molecular cloning technology and method. Four kinds of genic engineering vaccine of IBDV were introduced: live virus vaccines,DNA vaccines,subunit vaccines,edible transgenic plant vaccines.
