FABRICATION AND MICROSTRUCTURAL CHARACTERIZATION OF MULTILAYER ZnO/In2O3 STRUCTURES

Multilayer ZnO/In2O3 structures made up of hexagonal ZnO and cubic In2O3 layers were produced by heat treatment in air and their microscopic structure and micromechanical properties were characterized using x-ray diffraction, optical and scanning electron microscopy and micromechanical testing. A comparison with properties of parent ZnIn2S4 has been carried out.
