Ore slurry electrolyzing device

2012
An ore slurry electrolyzing device relates to an electrolytic tank for ore leaching, leachate purification and electrodepositing processes in a hydrometallurgical process. The ore slurry electrolyzing device is characterized by structurally comprising an electrolytic tank body and an electrolytic electrode group, wherein the electrolytic electrode group comprises a negative electrode consisting of a plurality of parallel metallic titanium sheets fixed on a negative conductive copper busbar, two pairs of positive electrodes symmetrically positioned on the two sides of the negative electrode and consisting of a plurality of parallel metallic titanium sheets fixed on a positive conductive copper busbar, and a diaphragm bag sleeved outside the negative electrode. The ore slurry electrolyzing device effectively increases areas of the positive electrodes and the negative electrode, and can produce valuable metal from sulfide ore and concentrate through direct electrodeposition, so that the production capacity of the electrolytic tank is improved, the production cost is reduced, and aims of saving energy and improving efficiency are achieved.
