Bogie for rolling stock and rolling stock provided therewith

This bogie (100) for rolling stock is provided with: a cross beam (30) which extends in the bogie width direction and supports the bogie body (101); leaf springs (40) which extend in the bogie length direction and support both ends of the cross beam (30) in the bogie width direction; axle boxes (20) which house a bearing (12) of a bogie axle (11) and support an end of the leaf spring (40) in the bogie length direction; leaf spring bearings (50) which are positioned between the leaf springs (40) and the axle boxes (20), which are inclined on the top surface towards the central part in the length direction of the leaf spring (40), and which receive the leaf spring (40) on said top surface; and a stopper (70) which is arranged so as to cover at least a part of the top surface of the leaf spring (40) above the axle box (20).
