Design plan for separate elliptic-heat-pipe low-pressure economizer

The operational exhaust gas temperature of HG-1165/17.5-HM3 type boiler is higher than the design value.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes to adopt separate elliptic-heat-pipe low-pressure economizer.It also expounds the characteristics of separate elliptic-heat-pipe low-pressure economizer of 300MW unit and confirms the modification plan for the economizer of this type of unit on the basis of different operating conditions.Results prove that the improved unit can recoup the capital outlay in short time and at the same time improve the operating environment.
