The invention discloses a tunnel early-stage support clearance-intrusion processing method and construction ancillary equipment of the tunnel early-stage support clearance-intrusion processing method. The method comprises the following steps of: performing optimized design on a design inner contour line of a tunnel (the design inner contour line of the arch part of the tunnel is lowered to be used as an optimum inner contour line of the arch part on the premise of keeping the tunnel design elevation unchanged; the optimized inner contour line of the arch part is positioned between a tunnel building boundary line and the design inner contour line of the arch part; the side wall circular arc line of the optimized inner contour line of the arch part is in consequent connection with the side wall circular arc line of the design inner contour line of the tunnel; the optimized inner contour line of the tunnel is obtained; and an optimization design drawing is determined); (2) reinforcing a clearance-intrusion section of the tunnel; (3) performing construction according to the optimization design drawing (lining is constructed on the clearance-intrusion section of the tunnel according to the optimized inner contour line; a secondary lining arch part of a non-clearance-intrusion section adjacent to the clearance-intrusion section in the longitudinal direction is in consequent connection transition with the constructed lining arch part of the clearance-intrusion section). The method and the equipment have the advantages that simplicity is realized; implementation is easy; the cost is low; the work efficiency is high; and the normal construction of the tunnel is facilitated.
