Disposable NPWT device to facilitate early patient discharge following complex DFU

Negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) is a valuable tool in complex wound management. Despite its popularity, NPWT therapy systems can have drawbacks, including reduced mobility and cost; therefore, NPWT is predominantly hospital based. The advent of a new, lightweight and disposable system may aid early discharge and permit outpatient treatment.
