Application of Output-protection to the Switch Station LCU at Zhelin Hydropower Plant

DOP-1 output-protection is applied to the output control loop of the switch station LCU at the Zhelin Hydropower Plant to avoid maloperation of related equipment induced by the fault of output modules.DOP-1 output-protection allows only one output point to operate at one time.If two or more output points operate at one time,DOP-1 output-protection can hold up the output operation automatically.The output principle before and after the reform is described in detail,and the effect of the output-protection is introduced.
