Device and method for removing ZnO from powdered solid material

2013
The invention relates to a device for removing ZnO from a powdered solid material. The device comprises a material tank, a vibration feeder I, a reactor, a vibration feeder II, a powder collecting tank, a thermocouple, a zinc collector and a circulating flue gas inlet pipe. The material tank, the vibration feeder I, the reactor, the vibration feeder II and the powder collecting tank are sequentially connected; an air inlet of the circulating flue gas inlet pipe is connected to the lower part of the reactor; an air outlet is connected with the upper part of the reactor; an air outlet of the circulating flue gas inlet pipe communicates with the outside; and the circulating flue gas inlet pipe is respectively provided with a fuel gas inlet tube and an air inlet tube allowing entering of the fuel gas and the air. The invention also relates to a method for removing ZnO from the powdered solid material by using the device. The invention has the advantages of simple equipment selection and low investment; and the cost is reduced due to full utilization of carbon resource in the dust as energy.
