The invention discloses a mixing device for molding nanometer montmorillonite and PET. The mixing device comprises 1, a montmorillonite hopper of which the lower part is provided with a discharge outlet, 2, a counter which comprises a servo gear motor, a metering screw and a metering cylinder, wherein the servo gear motor drives the metering screw to rotate, one end of the metering cylinder is provided with a feeding inlet connected to the discharge outlet of the montmorillonite hopper and the other end of the metering cylinder is provided with a discharge outlet, 3, an iron separator which comprises an iron separator frame and a magnetic frame, wherein the upper surface of the iron separator frame is provided with a PET feeding inlet, the lower surface of the iron separator frame is provided with a discharge outlet, and the side of the iron separator frame is provided with an opening connected to the discharge outlet of the metering cylinder, 4, a mixer which comprises a material mixing cylinder, at least two meshed stirring screws and a high-torque gear motor, wherein the high-torque gear motor drives the stirring screws to rotate, the upper surface of one end of the material mixing cylinder is provided with an inlet connected to the discharge outlet of the iron separator frame and the lower surface of the other end of the material mixing cylinder is provided with an outlet. The mixing device can realize accurate metering and accurate mixing of nanometer montmorillonite and PET resin particles.
