Enamelling machine based on rigorous environmental protection idea

The invention relates to an enamelling machine. Although exhaust emission during production of an enameled wire has reached the standard generally, trace odorant organic matters among the tail gas are not completely removed, so that pungent odour pervades the air in a related factory area; therefore, the above-mentioned problem should be solved as soon as possible. The invention aims at solving the problem. The structure of the enamelling machine of the invention comprises a tail gas discharge pipeline; the key of the invention is that the structure of the enamelling machine also includes an ozone machine that is an ozone generation apparatus; an ozone discharge channel of the ozone machine is mutually communicated with the tail gas discharge pipeline. According to the invention, ozone is injected into the tail gas discharge pipeline by utilizing the ozone machine and oxidation digestion is carried out on trace organic pollutants; simultaneously, on the inherent high temperature condition of the tail gas discharge pipeline of the enamelling machine, superfluous ozone is rapidly self-decomposed due to the high temperature, so that possible secondary pollution can be avoided. The enamelling machine is helpful for solving a problem of fine purification of the tail gas of the enamelling machine.
