The invention discloses an adsorption processing device of slurry circulation radioactive wastewater, comprising a mainframe box, a multi-stage tubular reactor arranged at the upper part of the mainframe box, a filter device arranged at the lower part of the mainframe box, and an ejector arranged at the lower end of the multi-stage tubular reactor, wherein the multi-stage tubular reactor is internally provided with a static mixer; a slurry adsorbent is arranged in the whole space of the mainframe box and the filter device; the ejector is provided with a high-speed radioactive wastewater feed inlet and a vacuum adsorbent feed inlet respectively; the filter device is cylindrical and is provided with a rotating shaft the periphery of which is provided with dynamic vanes; the wall of the filter device is provided with a filter film one end of which is provided with a clear solution outlet; and the filter device is also provided with a slurry adsorbent outlet. The adsorption processing device can continuously and automatically process radioactive wastewater with high processing efficiency, has the advantages of good inter-phase contact, large volumetric mass transfer coefficient and low energy consumption, and is easy to operate.
