Foreign Research Overview and Prospects of University Spin-offs

This paper outline the latest research result on university spin-offs,including the cause of rising,connotation,process of establishment,key factors of growth and social impact of university spin-offs. Based on these,we also propose the research direction on the future study on university spin-offs.
