The invention relates to a uniform outflow development nozzle having a pressure equalization flow channel. The uniform outflow development nozzle comprises: a nozzle main body, wherein a liquid inlet flow channel, a pressure equalization flow channel and a jet flow channel; a rectangular diversion plate provided with a slit, wherein the rectangular diversion plate is arranged on the flange portion on the lower end of the liquid inlet flow channel, and the liquid inlet flow channel is transited to the pressure equalization flow channel through the slit of the rectangular diversion plate; a cover plate having a nozzle, wherein the cover plate and the nozzle body form a sealed connection; and a gas exhaust device, wherein the gas exhaust device is inserted and connected on one end of the nozzle body, and the gas exhaust pipeline in the gas exhaust device is communicated with the liquid inlet flow channel. According to the present invention, the uniform liquid distribution is achieved with the match of the slit of the rectangular diversion plate and the diversion inclined plane of the pressure equalization flow channel, such that the liquid uniformly and stably flows into the pressure equalization flow channel after pasting through the liquid inlet flow channel; and the liquid is stabilized to a certain height in the pressure equalization flow channel, and uniformly outflows from the jet flow channel depending on the static pressure effect in the liquid fluid so as to achieve the uniformity and the stability of development coat-spraying.
