PID Parameters optimization of PMSLM servo system based on Improved Differential Evolution

This paper presents an improved differential evolution algorithm to optimize the current loop PID parameters of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor servo control system. Firstly, the screening step is added before the mutation step, and the worst individual is replaced by the best one, so as to improve the level of individuals in the group and accelerate the convergence speed. Secondly, the crossover factors and mutation factors are eliminated, so the impact of manual intervention on the results of adjustment can be reduced. Finally, the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
