ANÁLISE DA ATUAÇÃO DO MINISTÉRIO PÚBLICO PARA A PROMOÇÃO DA EDUCAÇÃO INCLUSIVA DE QUALIDADE NA COMARCA DE BAURU

The field of study of the Public Prosecutor Office for the promotion of inclusive education is the organic, harmonious, and independent functioning of the powers of the Democratic State of Law in the implementation of fundamental rights, with emphasis on the right to inclusive education. This research aims to demonstrate how mature actions of state institutions, with an emphasis on the Public Prosecution Office, present collaborative initiatives for the delivery of rights linked to the existential minimum of a large portion of society. This study was developed with a qualitative approach, based on what is sustained here, and a descriptive approach, with the analysis of the project reports supported by the Sao Paulo State Research Support Foundation (2015/22397-5), which evaluated the quality of education offered to students Target Public of Special Education in public schools of the city of Bauru, which demonstrates, in practice, collective benefits and multiple results of this model of action.
