Theoretical research on traing system of work safety

Training system of work safety is a complex systems engineering,which includes influence factors,safeguards system,analysis,training implement,quality monitoring and assessment.Influence factors include internal cause and external cause.Safeguards system consists of legal system,construction of organizing and institution,faculty and teaching materials,informatization construction,records management and funding.Analysis includes target and principle,partner and requirement,content and method.Training implement includes practice in the course and testing.Quality monitoring and assessment refer to quality monitoring,quality assessment and feedback.There are lack of overall theoretical researches about traing system of work safety by the method and principle of science education
