Forming labour conditions among the workers of principal production occupational groups at chemical plants of Western Siberia was shown to be associated, witn technical and technological achievements, climatic factors and labour regimen. Occupational and production-correlated, as well as common morbidity risks are determined. Labour condition contribution to morbidity rate and donosological state prevalence among the workers was determined. Difference between the preventive measure systems at chemical enterprises, sanitary-epidemiological situations and labour conditions and health states among the workers was noted
