This bachelor thesis is focused on the Safety and health protection at work. The first part defines the term Safety and health protection, its purpose and basic components of this system. The second part of this thesis introduces the MARKER CZ s.r.o. company, describes its current condition and evaluates the Safety and health protection´s system in this company. The end of this thesis suggests eventual recommendation in order to improve the current.Safety and health protection´s system within this company.
