Reflections on Normal University Interns' Teaching Practice in Role-Exchanged Teaching Project(RETP)

Reflection is a useful thinking activity,and attaches great importance to the growth of would-be teachers.The interns' reflections in RETP have laid a good foundation for their future career.In recent years,the interns have reflected on their teaching activities and teaching contents to various degrees.Because of the lack of experience and effective guidance,their reflections still have many setbacks,by which we accumulate some useful experiences simultaneously.Hence,how students from normal universities effectively do the pre-service education work is worth our further discussion.
