Schottky barrier diode and an electronic device

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Schottky barrier diode with high performance using a Graphene Nanoribbon.SOLUTION: A schottky barrier diode 1 includes a Graphene Nanoribbon 10; an electrode 20 that is connected to one edge 10a of a length direction X; and an electrode 30 that is connected to the other edge 10b. The Graphene Nanoribbon 10 includes a portion 11 and a portion 12 which are connected to the length direction X each other and have a different electronic state. In the portion 11, an edge 10c of a width direction Y of the Graphene Nanoribbon 10 is finished at H as an example. In the portion 12, the edge 10c of the width direction Y of the Graphene Nanoribbon 10 is finished at F as an example.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
