The invention relates to a distinguishing system and a distinguishing method of a multi-state alarm color-changing lamp of a 24V power supply cabinet. The distinguishing system comprises a fixing bracket, a camera, a shading tube and a state alarm lamp in the power supply cabinet as well as an existing electronic circuit baseboard inside the power supply cabinet, wherein the camera is arranged at the upper part of one side wall of the fixing bracket of the power supply cabinet; the front part of the camera extends into the power supply cabinet, and the rear part of the camera is connected with existing data collection and processing equipment; the shading tube is arranged between the front part of the camera in the power supply cabinet and the state alarm lamp, the front part of the camera is located inside one end of the shading tube, and the state alarm lamp is located inside the other end of the shading tube and arranged on the electronic circuit baseboard inside the power supply cabinet; and the camera collects fault color-changing image information of the state alarm lamp on the electronic circuit baseboard by the aid of the shading tube and transmits the collected fault color-changing image information to the data collection and processing equipment. According to the distinguishing system and the distinguishing method of the multi-state alarm color-changing lamp of the 24V power supply cabinet, the structure is simple, distinguishing is accurate, a fault can be found timely conveniently, and the distinguishing system and the distinguishing method can be widely applied to various power supply cabinet fault detection fields.
