A new type of command for an inverter with IGBT

The advantages of applying IGBT to power inverters are well known. The paper presents a new type of command part, made with advanced CMOS technology digital components. There results a command of great reliability, which permits a rapid connexion of the inverter with the control device of an induction motor, especially with a DSP processor configuration
